Biography

Landing in Switzerland at a young age Disco Channel began his “musical life” at the conservatory between the ages of 7 to 14 learning the rudiments of piano and violin.
At the age of 14 his brother offered him the musical program “Ejays” which became the start of a musical quest exploring a multitude of styles including Hip-Hop, House, Techno, IDM, Electronica & soul.

Using his understanding of these different styles, DC faconnes his music according to his own feelings. The past 11 years – day and night – this work-a-holic has created his own productions preferring LIVE over vinyl or CD’s.

His catalogue of performances expresses his temperament and seemingly unlimited creativity. He joined Secret Society in 2012, doing the first part of Marco Carola and performing in Midi Club in Romania.

He was booked to play in Electrosanne festival and Nordstern Basel alongside Dan Andrei. He performs regularly at Silencio Club Geneva. Electronique music is Disco Channels “Mr Hyde” – a doomed entity drawn by dirty disco, perverted house not-so-dance floor but mentalistic techno! Barely human – unreal but totally free.
